Meet FRED
FRED was found stray, living outside. A kind neighbor who was caring for him contacted us to help. We were not sure Fred would be friendly, but he is!
He was a very scared guy at first, who hid and darted away and was nearly impossible to pick up. He was in chronic pain from severe gingivostomatitis that required extraction of all his teeth. Having no teeth has not been a problem. He loves to eat and even likes dry food.
Fred is a big, handsome dude who now surrenders entirely to head rubs, purring and making biscuits with his paws. His foster family can pick him up and we think he'll be a lap cat one of these days. He loves to play with his spiral toys, and likes other friendly cats, especially kittens. Fred is still shy with new people, but should come around quickly in a new home. He is 2.5 years old.
To meet FRED, go to our website, fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire, and a TC Paw volunteer will contact you.
